PAP Membership Application (PDF)

Pennsylvania Delegates to the CAP Resident's Forum Each state is represented at the CAP Residents' Forum with one delegate per 25 junior members of CAP. Currently there are seven seated delegates and seven alternate delegates representing Pennsylvania.
 
List of current delegates

Each year the Pennsylvania Association of Pathologists' (PAP) Executive Council budgets $2000 to support residents who want to attend the CAP Residents Forums (CAP-RF). $1000 is divided equally among those CAP-RF delegates and alternates who attend the CAP-RF held in conjunction with the USCAP meeting in the spring, and $1000 is divided equally among the delegates and alternates who attend the CAP-RF held in conjunction with the CAP-The Pathologists' Meeting in the fall. CAP-RF delegates and alternates requesting financial assistance from the PAP are required to submit an expense form following the meeting. Expense forms are provided to CAP-RF delegates and alternates prior to each CAP-RF.
