Abstracts

All Residents, Fellows, Medical Students, and Practicing Pathologists are invited to participate in this annual event! 

 

This is an excellent opportunity to present original research/studies, and to meet and network with residents and attending pathologists who practice in a variety of career settings in Pennsylvania. The Abstract Selection Committee will determine if your abstract will be accepted as an Oral Presentation, Poster, or E-Poster. Three abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation. There will only be 20 printed posters this year. The remaining abstracts will be E-Posters.
 
Oral, Poster, and E-Poster presentations may address basic or clinical research, interesting clinical cases, novel educational programs, or any other topic that would be of potential interest to your colleagues.

Abstract File Submission Requirements:

Maximum of (5) submissions, per person, per submission fee (for non-members)

*Case Report Format: Title, Background, Case Report, Discussion

*Submit in PDF or Word Document format ONLY 

*DO NOT include list of authors or institutions

*MUST include: Title, Background, Methodology, Results, Conclusion

*MUST use generic names for drugs & devices

*DO NOT include illustrations, figures, references, authors, institutions, or funding sources

*Tables may be included (single spaced)
